The Filipino-American Endowment Fund was established in 2007 as a legacy to the Filipino heritage in the Diocese of El Paso. Annual contributions support vocations and priests in their retirement. Proceeds from the annual Simbang Gabi, a Filipino Christmas tradition, benefit the Filipino-American Endowment Fund.

Fundraising efforts from the Bishop Tony Celino All Filipino Basketball Tournament and Simbang Gabi contribute gifts to this fund.
