La Estrella del Paso, formerly Diocesan Migrant and Refugee Services, recently celebrated their 40th Anniversary on May 17th, 2026. Through the dedicated efforts of immigration professionals, volunteers, and generous donors, they provide free and low-cost legal services to individuals, children and families. Their services extend not only to lay people in need, but also to many familiar faces in the clergy of El Paso.
