Stewardship is a way of life for all Catholic Christian disciples. It begins by recognizing everything you’ve been given as a gift from God. The people in your life, the gifts and talents you have, your money, and your time, are all gifts from God.

In our hearts, we know that a genuine faith is called to be lived every single day. In a similar way each day, God calls us to be stewards of the abundant gifts God gives us. This year, make a resolution to be an Everyday Steward. Share your resolution on our Facebook page.

Here are the six characteristics of an Everyday Steward ~ **Mindful: ** Lives in the present, without the baggage of the past, and without fear of the future, **Prayerful: ** Sees entire day as an opportunity to be in the presence of God, **Grateful: ** Gives thanks for all of God’s blessings, especially the little everyday ones, **Gracious: ** Receives all of God’s creation in a welcoming and hospitable manner, **Committed: ** Perseveres daily in a way of life acknowledging everything belongs to God, and **Accountable: ** Understands the value of parish community and the role it plays.
