The Catholic Foundation manages the Saint Teresa of Calcutta Pro-Life Fund, a permanent endowed fund established with a gift of $20,000. We’re on a mission to grow the permanent endowed fund to $100,000 in 2022.

Guiding Star was established in 2002 as the House of Hope Pregnancy Resource Medical Center. The El Paso organization is the sixth affiliate in a growing national movement to expand pregnancy centers into comprehensive holistic women’s health centers by partnering with other life-affirming care providers under one roof. Guiding Star offers free care, support, and proactive education.

How can I honor the women and mothers in my life?

The Catholic Foundation accepts gifts and pledges of cash, current assets, and planned gifts, including life insurance, charitable gift annuities, gifts of stock, retirement plans, property, and charitable remainder trusts.

There is no minimum requirement to contribute to the existing Saint Teresa of Calcutta Pro-Life endowed fund AND you can create your legacy by naming a fund in the Saint Teresa of Calcutta Pro-Life Fund with a gift of $10,000 or more. Gifts of any size are welcome and essential to the Guiding Star El Paso mission.

How often will Guiding Star El Paso receive a distribution? On an annual basis in perpetuity…forever.
