The Catholic Foundation launched the 2023 Catholic Ministry Appeal at two kick-off events in El Paso and West Texas over the last two weeks with Appeal Leaders, Pastors, and Administrators. Diocesan parishes will conduct announcements the weekend of January 28th and 29th and commitments to the Appeal will start the weekend of February 3rd and 4th.

This year, the Mass Attendance Count was conducted on the weekends of October 15-16 and October 22-23 in all parishes, monasteries, seminaries, and one campus ministry, in El Paso and West Texas rural areas.
