Close to 200 people attended the “We Need To Talk: Estate & End of Life Planning Seminar” at Queen of Peace and St. Raphael during the month of November. Experts in their fields gave their time to serve on the seminar panels. Pastors covered funerals and end-of-life decisions.

Jack and Dorothy Perryman spent their lives devoted to education and giving back. At the time of Dorothy’s passing at the age of 102 in 2019, she had designated close to $800,000 to the Catholic Foundation for Our Lady of Peace in Alpine and seminarian education.

A concert for Father Trini will be held at St. Patrick Cathedral on Sunday, November 14 at 3pm. The event is free and open to the public.

The National Fund for Sacred Places awarded a $250,000 matching grant for the restoration of Sacred Heart Church in the Segundo Barrio.

We set a goal of raising $10,000 for Sister Silvia on El Paso Giving Day and thanks to her inspiring ministry and the support of many donors, the goal was surpassed!

This year’s El Paso Giving Day will be held on October 21, 2021, but the fun begins with Early Giving on October 14th! The Catholic Foundation is raising funds to support the ministry of Sister Silvia Chacón at Santa Teresa Catholic Church in Ft. Hancock.

The Catholic Foundation invites you to an informative seminar about planning for the end of this life and preparing for new life in heaven. The event is free and open to the public.

The Mass Attendance Count will be conducted on Saturday and Sunday, October 16 and 17, and again the following weekend on October 23 and 24.
